River Alley Host
Job Description: A River Alley Host creates the first impression between the business and our guests. Hosts assign lanes, supports parties and group events, answers questions and solves guest problems, and creates and takes payment. Must be at least 16 years of age.
Job Description: The River Alley Team Assistant has the responsibility for assisting all team members in providing impeccable guest experience in the dining room bowling and bar area. Team Assistants establish and maintain cleanliness in all assigned areas and are imperative in creating atmosphere of friendliness, cordiality, cleanliness and relaxed enjoyment.
Job Description: A River Alley Bowling Technician is responsible for repair and maintenance of all bowling and bowling maintenance equipment. Responsibilities include performing preventative maintenance on all bowling equipment, repair and maintenance of facilities show equipment and some facilities repair. From time to time, answering bowling and game calls and helping at the bowling counter will be necessary.
Job Description: The River Alley Bartender verify the identification and age of guests and mix/serve alcoholic beverages. Responsibilities also include cleanliness of the front/back of the bar and all glasses and utensils, ability to accept payment from guests and balance cash receipts to record sales. Knowledgeable about mixology and can mix traditional drinks as well as crafting creative cocktails is key.
